At the Halte Fluviale, you can rent bicycles, tandems, gravel bikes, electric bikes and children’s trailers, all-terrain scooters, as well as everything you need for cycle touring, since the Halte Fluviale has been awarded the“Accueil Vélo” label.

Thanks to an intelligent rental system, with rates calculated by the minute, it’s now possible to borrow an electric scooter to get around Laval.
An app, downloadable onto a smartphone, will instantly inform users where to find an available machine nearby.

The TUL – Transports Urbains Lavallois mobility offer

  • 17 regular lines;
  • TULIB, with 8 zones with regular and on-demand services;
  • CENTRE-VILLE NAVETTE, free of charge, runs Monday to Saturday, 9am to 5pm. Parking Jean-Macé > Centre-Ville > Parking Place de Hercé ;
  • FLEXO the LAVAL evening service;
  • CITYBULLE, a 10-minute ride from downtown to LAVAL’s Aquabulle;
  • BUS DE STADE a shuttle service for Stade Lavallois supporters and soccer fans to get home after a match;
  • VELITUL with 70 self-service electric bicycles, available at 6 stations, 24/7;
  • VELA electrically-assisted bicycles for long-term rental (6 or 12 months, renewable);
  • DIMTUL Sunday service from 1 p.m. to 8:45 p.m. using lines A, B, C and D, identical to the weekday route, and extending line B from TECHNOPOLIS to AQUABULLE;
  • 4 park-and-ride facilities for easy access to regular routes.

    Free transport on weekends and public holidays on all TUL network services: bus, transport on demand (TULIB), MOBITUL and self-service bicycles (VELITUL).

    The deployment of charging stations for electric vehicles in the region aims to provide users and potential buyers with a first-level network of charging infrastructures; to encourage their development and thus reduce emissions linked to the use of private cars; and to send a message of encouragement to economic and political players to develop this new source of sustainable mobility.

    What is the “Forfait Post Stationnement” (FPS)?
    The FPS is the maximum parking charge you will have to pay if you fail to pay or pay insufficiently for your parking.
    It is set at €25.

    Laval has 348 parking spaces for people with reduced mobility (PMR). These parking spaces are indicated by road markings and signs. A European disabled parking card is required to park in these spaces. Without this card, motorists are liable to a 4th class fine of 135 euros.
